Refund & Return Policy

At Pick Play, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns in cases where the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or in select cases where a customer wishes to return the item (subject to conditions below).


Returns (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items)

We offer a return policy exclusively for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you must report it within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return.

To qualify for a return:

Unused Condition
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached.

Original Packaging
The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Timely Notification
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Video Proof (Incorrect Items Only)
If you receive the wrong product, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the unopened package being opened for the first time.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.

⚠️ Important: Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.


Other Returns (Non-Defective Products)

If you wish to return a product that is not damaged or defective, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Unused Condition
The product must be unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Proof of Purchase
You must provide proof of purchase.

Shipping Deduction
A ₹150 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.

For incorrect product claims, a complete unboxing video is mandatory.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for undamaged or correctly delivered items.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please follow the return process above. Once approved, a replacement will be delivered within 10 business days.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
